HARRIS Hotel Kuta Tuban Bali

"We had such a great stay here, especially considering we arrived quite late after a long-haul flight. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was a little difficult to get a space on the hotel shuttle, so we ended up grabbing a Grab instead, but the hotel was so close to the airport that it was honestly no trouble at all. We booked the cheapest room option and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable it was. The Wi-Fi was good, there was a TV in the room, and the shower was really spacious,everything we needed for a quick and comfortable stay. We also added breakfast to our booking and it was delicious! My partner is STILL talking about the pancakes 😂 The staff were genuinely lovely and so accommodating, even when we asked if we could check out a little later than 12. They made everything feel so easy and stress-free, which we really appreciated being in another country for the first time. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for somewhere convenient, clean, comfortable and close to the airport!"

"The place was wonderful, the staff were helpful, except when we arrived the staff that served us for our room. At front desk where the most disappointed to our stay at the hotel, and we got to our room at 701, the card didn’t work, the phone charger didn’t work, there was no toilet roll, but overall the experience was great. Thank you😍"
