"Just: wow! What an exceptional stay. Rooms are beautiful, enormous and clean. Hard to find words to describe how fantastic the staff are - really went out of their way and brought this experience to another level. I was given a voucher for the ramen restaurant located inside and it was so good I went back the next night. "We had a week-long stay at this place! The room was nice and tidy, but it's on the small side with limited storage for clothes and suitcases so is very cramped. Our room didn't have a balcony, and unfortunately, the windows couldn't be opened, so it did feel stuffy. We kept the air conditioning running around the clock to help dry our wet clothes, which resulted in me going home very congested. Overall it is ok but if you are one of those people that likes to hang around in your room I highly suggest you at least get a room with balcony."

"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. It’s ideally situated next to the airport which makes it ideal. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I can’t fault this hotel, the value of money is exceptional given it’s an airport hotel less than 5 minutes away from the terminal."

"It is a nice place to stay. We were in a king room with club access. My main issue was the room was very musty smelling. As we were only staying for one night to give it a try it was okay. However I could also hear the people above us which was annoying at night. The resort is beautiful and the beach clean for a tourist area. The staff lovely. I would come back for a night or two."

"The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. They were always so friendly and helpful, and they remember details about conversations they have with everyone. My room was lovely, spacious, calm and clean. I was on the 8th floor overlooking the sea which was incredible, the only problem was it was extremely loud in the evenings. There were events in the bar above each night which were so loud, even through my earplugs. Although it was quite annoying for an hour or so it didn't ruin my trip at all and I hope I'll be able to return to this hotel again one day. The breakfast was varied and delicious, I tried so many new things that I would never usually have for breakfast. The food throughout my stay was perfect and the cocktails were amazing too, especially at happy hour! I also had a 90 minute treatment at the spa which was lovely, I highly recommend. Overall I loved my stay and I didn't ever want to leave!"

"Best hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The staff are attentive and so lovely. All staff were kind and friendly and great with kids. We wish we could stay longer. Only comments would be there is no playground as mentioned, and the non-alcoholic mocktails are similar and sugary. Non-alcoholic versions of classic cocktails would be nice as an option. But otherwise cannot fault the restaurants and accomodation."

"Tbh the hotel itself was luxurious and spacious on the outside. But don't think that this hotel is that good yet. First what happened was that we arrived at Movenpick at 3:30 pm aproximately and we had to wait at least 1 hour 30 mins to check in and not only that, they alo didn't have our room ready so they gave us a more down graded and smaller room! For dinner at that place the service was okay. They were telling us something but we didnt understand so we asked again but it was still unclear. The staff also didnt socialise that much with the people who stayed there. The room walls are thin so in the morning we could hear noise which interrupted our sleep. Also in the bathroom the small amenities in packets had the following: toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, shower cap and vanity tools. If you are thinking why I'm listing amenities is because when i opened the toothbrush and toothpaste, the paste was stored in a literal sachet and it was tiny. Yes there were sandals but they were so flat yout would think you were walking on the ground. Also even though you are living in the hotel itself you still have to pay for various thing in the resort. Despite ALL these problems i still liked some aspects of the hotel like the spacious pool, tasty food and drinks( personal fav fruity water and margharita pizza), luxurious places inside, spa( has kids spa too) and last but not least the close beach but sadly it wasn't part of the resort. But overall it was a good experience there."
