"Just: wow! What an exceptional stay. Rooms are beautiful, enormous and clean. Hard to find words to describe how fantastic the staff are - really went out of their way and brought this experience to another level. "Our stay at Raffles Bali was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail exceeded our expectations. The villa was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and offered breathtaking views with complete privacy. Every member of the staff was genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of personalized service was truly world-class. Dyan, Krishna our butler Fernando Nanda Henry and everyone else from housekeeping to in room dinning, extraordinary. The food was exceptional at every meal, with outstanding quality, presentation, and variety. The restaurants, spa, and resort grounds were all spectacular, creating an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. What made our stay truly unforgettable was how effortlessly everything was handled. Every experience felt thoughtfully curated, making us feel relaxed, pampered, and cared for throughout our visit. They were absolutely attentive about our birthday celebration and showered us with crafty gestures making it unforgettable. Raffles Bali is, without a doubt, one of the finest resorts we have ever stayed at. If you’re looking for an unforgettable luxury escape, this is the place. We cannot wait to return."

"I chose Kayumanis because the authenticity of the Estate. I wanted my 50th Birthday to represent peace and calm. I wanted tranquility and relaxation. I found that at Kayumanis. The Estate is beautiful and well maintained. The Villa was huge and all for me. All of the staff were extremely nice, professional and friendly. I do have to take a moment to highlight Dywan Pratama my fabulous Butler throughout my stay. I’m not the type to conceive an itinerary as I’m more of an on a whim type of person. All that to say, Dywan made everything that I wanted for my 50 Birthday happen on the shortest of notice. I decided that I wanted my pool decorated with flowers, Dywan made it happen. I wanted a rose bath, Dywan made it happen. I decided at the last minute that I wanted to go on an all day tour and you guessed it, Dywan made it happen. I’m so thankful that Kayumanis have an amazing team whom made this female solo traveler feel extremely safe and well taken care of. There’s not enough characters to describe my stay. When I do return, I’m definitely staying at Kayumanis and will recommend to my family and friends. Thank you all so much for a beautiful Golden Birthday stay!"

"If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day."

"We only stayed here for 1 night before flying out from Bali. This hotel was a great!!! We loved the hotel architecture and our room was large and clean. We loved the pool and the long sandy beach that was fantastic for swimming, yet had no crowds and was peaceful (surprising considering the closeness to the airport). Swim up bar with happy hour cocktails and a very friendly/helpful barman. Very good seafood restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was OK but could have had more variety- needs a coffee machine. We would recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back for a longer stay"
