"I had originally booked an accessible room, unfortunately for the wrong night. Upon re-booking correct night there were no accessible rooms available, I messaged the property that I was in need of a downstairs room due to mobility issues, and am very pleased to say, they accommodated my request, as well as providing us with an accessible room. "Marii is amazing!!! We want to make sure she receives her flowers for being professional, helpful and so darn cute!! Our stays with your property have always been delightful. The rooms are spotless, the lobby and hallway have a pleasant scent. The size of the room we stayed in was huge, giving us space to relax and prepare snacks for our enjoyment.
