"The accessibility was great. I’m 36 and I have never seen a push button INSIDE of the room. As a wheelchair user, my only suggestion would be to consider adding an additional push button(s) to enter and exit the room."

"When we first arrived, the room we were given was still dirty, but a different member of the staff accommodated us and put us in a different room. The second room that we were in was OK but severely lacking in design and comfort. It didn't really feel like we were in a hotel room more so just a room with a bed, window and a TV. Our room also had 2 fridges.. one was placed in a random corner by the tv. There was no wall art or anything that made the room feel cozy. Worst of all, we were woken up...
