"Hotel is located on Gran Via right accross from the Callao metro station, great location near restaurants and shopping, also not far from the Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol and Prado area. The breakfast is good, the room is basic but clean and comfortable. We’ll probably stay here again when returning to Madrid."

"Great apartment, spacious with very good sized bathrooms. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being en-suite. Everything that you would need. General areas delightful, the garden would be great to use in the summer. Staff very helpful. Location is fantastic, close to many of the main attractions. "

"We had a lovely stay here. We stayed in a studio room which was very spacious and had a view of the Royal Palace. It was clean and the check in process was easy. The location was fantastic. I would recommend staying here."

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"My room was amazing. It is like staying inside an apartment. Modern decor, double-sized bed, an eating area with stools, and a full kitchen including pans, dishes, and silverware, where you can actually cook. Washer/dryer included. Good-sized bathroom with great lighting. And the staff is EXTREMELY NICE! However, I didn't like the rambling corridors that led me to my unit. Hopefully, not all units are the same."
