"The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. "Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber, klimatisiert und hatte alles was man braucht! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Reinigung des Zimmers und ein Wechsel der Handtücher wurde nur gegen einen Aufpreis durchgeführt, da es sonst nicht vorgesehen ist. Das hat uns bei dem Preis sehr überrascht. Auch den Müll muss man selbst herausbringen, was an doch kein Problem ist. Jedoch erwartet man bei solch einer Unterkunft etwas mehr."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay again. On our whole trip through Spain this was the highlight, especially the rooftop pool and views. We also enjoyed taking in wine at the on-site bar and restaurant, and breakfast was well-appointed. Their outdoor patio was the perfect oasis in the city. EXTREMELY convenient to access from the metro, basically across the street. We took metro directly from the airport and arrived in about a half hour. It was also in a lovely neighborhood...

"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"This is a great apartment at an outstanding location. It was very clean and perfect for a family of four with two teenagers. It’s spacious to allow everyone to have their own space. Bathrooms are great as well and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch."
