I loved my stay here! The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am traveling alone and do not speak too much Spanish but that was not a problem as they have bilingual staff that are happy to help. The included breakfasts are a real treat, made to order by a fantastic cook. The pool area is clean and very inviting as well. I can definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March.

Our stay in Cozumel was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Deyci provided excellent breakfasts and service, and Hugo was very helpful. The enthusiasm of the staff created a welcome and homey atmosphere. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bed was perfect. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The good: Nice, large, clean rooms, friendly staff, speaking both English and Spanish, very attentive, treated me very well. The room came with a very reasonable breakfast, lots of fruits etc. Very happy with the above The bad: Didn't sleep much 4 nights out of 7 due to a very noisy bar across the street that closes at 5 am. Perhaps I am sensitive to the low frequency boom ... boom ... boom noise in the middle of the night. The staff changed my room after 2 sleepless nights, but it didn't make any difference, the noise permeated through otherwise silent nights, it was ridiculous. If it wasn't for the noise, I'd give the place 4-5 stars easily. If you can tolerate midnight base and drums, it's a good place to stay, near city center (10 - 15 minutes easy walk), very close to a 'Mega' supermarket. Clean shower, clean bed, mini refrigerator as well as small safe in your room. Again, the staff was super helpful, went out of their way to accommodate me I don't think I'll be coming back, having sleepless nights in otherwise nice place is not my idea of vacation.

Although from the outside, this is a nice looking villa, the beds are old/used and the bedding is not comfortable. I also did not get what I paid for and was put in a cheap room, then was moved to a different room the next night, still not what I paid for. I had to get a back massage because of the bad beds. I decided to move hotels and was only refunded for one evening and did not get the difference in pricing on the rooms that I was given versus what I had paid. I paid for the largest 2 bedrooms that they have but upon arriving received half the sq footage room with only 1 bed. Beware of the management! They only refunded me for the one night because I moved to a different hotel. I didn't get the difference in the lower quality rooms for the other 2 nights. There is also a family that lives on property and they have a crying baby (all day and all night). I did not get the R&R that I wanted. The only positive thing about this property is that the housekeepers and the security officers are so sweet and genuinely caring.
