buen lugar para hospedarse con planes de salir todo el dia y no mantenerse en el hotel. hay acceso a gente local al area de alberca, el domingo es caotico y los demás días es moderado pero dificilmente se puede estar tranquilo en la alberca.

restaurant was not open at all, no restaurant nearby, pool was not kept up, only spanish spoken at the front door. no blanket for the bed. no safe for your documents. air conditioner wouldnt turn off. very small tv. If you want good internet its 18 us per day. my door looked as if it was broken into a couple of times.

This is a local property. Safe, friendly, but owned and run by locals. If you just want something cheap across from the grocery store for a night or two, this is not a bad pick. Cheap. Small local restaurant, decent pool, goats and stray dog onsite. Bought him a bone before we left;). It's simple, Caribbean, nothing commercial, probably wouldn't work for most Americans, but if you came to explore and just need a place to sleep, this is a great option.

PEOR ESTANCIA EN HOTEL

Ha sido el PEOR hotel en el que me he hospedado. A pesar de las reseñas malas que tiene y las pocas estrellas quise darle el beneficio de la duda, así que me animé. Llegué tarde al check in porque el vuelo se retrasó, me preocupé porque en la reserva la cual se hizo a través de Hoteles.com menciona que la hora de entrada es hasta las 7pm, cuando mi vuelo llegó muy tarde y quise hacer llamadas para avisar y desde ahí empezó la mala experiencia, números telefónicos mal redactados tanto en la página de hoteles.com y en google ni aparece tampoco, mucho menos en el portal de internet. Al final del día le comenté al chico que estaba que estaba en recepción y no hubs problema, se hizo el check in. Me dio los controles de la tv y el aire acondicionado mas la llave de la puerta del cuarto. Abro la puerta del cuarto 24 (o 21, ni recuerdo bien pero era la última del hotel) y aparentemente se veía limpio, espacioso pero cuando me acerqué a la cama tenía hormigas, me dio un poco de desconfianza, las toallas del baño estaban con manchas y con hoyos, no tenía ni silla ni sillón ni nada parecido a lo que muestran en las fotos de “accesorios”. Me acosté y la almohada tenía como manchas de moho y puedo casi jurar que tenía insectos por dentro, la peor noche de 3 que había pagado…no dormí NADA. La luz del jardín estuvo prácticamente prendida hasta las 5 de la mañana más o menos y se reflejaba todo en el cuarto. Desafortunadamente por dónde se le veía al hotel no tenía nada a su favor.

Es un lugar realmente increíble, muy amplio y cómodo, muy limpio agradable olor de las sábanas, toallas, y en si habitación y el baño, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y por último la atención del personal es altamente calificada.

We came to Cozumel to go diving, we were not in the room much but this was still a very comfortable place to come back to and rest. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is fruit, sweet roll, juice and coffee. The rooms were clean. Wifi was just okay. It is a 2 mile walk to the ferry, but closer to much better and cheaper food options. Grocery store right across the street and taco stand right outside the hotel at night

Super rapport qualité prix

La deco est bizarre, le lieu est bizarre, presque phantomatique mais force est de constater que le rapport qualité prix est incroyable ! Un peu loin du centre mais nous recommandons quand même vu le prix !

Me gustó que el lugar era amplio incluyendo la habitación, se notaba cuidadas las instalaciones, el pasto, la capilla y la estancia eran muy agradables. No me gustó que había en la habitación mucha hormiga, los espejos estaban sucios y el sillón tenía mucho polvo. La alberca no la usamos porque se nota a un poco sucia. Me hubiera gustado tener en la habitación la carta del bar de a lado.

En general bien, las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, los jardines están muy bien cuidados, la alberca se ve limpia y es amplia. La atención del personal es agradable y son muy atentos. Sin embargo, las habitaciones carecen de mantenimiento. La llave del lavabo no sirve, la puerta de entrada a la habitación difícil de abrir, el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy poco, no hay toallas suficientes, etc.

Amazing !

I could not believe that this hotel only cost me $19cad/night! The property is huge and very well maintained. The pool os clean and safe for children as its not too deep or too cold. There are animals on the property which get let out to graze and run around. My son and i had so much fun petting the goats and looking at the miniature ponies and donkeys. The pool side restaurant has incredible prices and a good selection of menu items. The rooms are clean, have hot water, and even smart TVs! This was BY FAR one of my best hotel stays and definitely the most affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice peaceful stay with your family. The staff is fantastic and so is the overall atmosphere!
