"The property is gorgeous and so close to the beach and restaurants. We had the king bungalow tucked into the jungle landscape. Very private and quiet. My only complaint would be that the water pressure was not fantastic in the shower. I have found this to be typical in the area. I did not bring it up to the hotel staff as it was not a big deal, just a nuisance when trying to wash my hair. The room has mosquito repellent lotin but it is with citronella. You will definitely want something stronger...

"This apartment-style hotel is unique, a beautifully quiet place to stay in in Playa del Carmen by the beach, some distance from the down town area, with bikes to rent. As the room qualities are beautiful and nicely equipped, a free cooked breakfast is good, easy access to the top floor pool and rest area, low numbers of guests and a very very reasonable price, with personalized service for taxis etc., this is a great stay."

"Where to begin! Beautiful, relaxing experience. Claudia & Juan were so welcoming, helpful, and kind. Assisted with great humour and spirit for everything I needed. I already miss Chef Miguel's breakfasts. Such a wonderful way to start each day; especially when it can be hard to eat later in the day, when it's hot. The room was lovely. My only complaint is outside the hotel's control- nearby business has very loud music and thumping bass until late. The ambience is worth a bit of missed sleep...

"Staff were amazing, Alex, Alexander and Raphael at the front desk were the best super helpful and friendly. . The maids and the maintenance guy were great, really fast service. The kitchen could use a few more items like larger bowls for salads, strainer, ect. We will definitely stay there again, 3 weeks was perfect amount of time. "

"Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! "

"When we got to the property two bedrooms and two full washrooms were clean and very specious. Everyday cleaning stuff changed towels and cleaned. My husband tried to run the hot tub but there was no hot water and it made terrible sound when we put on thpe jets. The stuff was very accommodating. We had a late flight and we were able to use the rooftop and sit by the pools and order food and drinks. Property is close to few beaches and really cool and tasty highly rated restaurants.
