"Yes it’s dated and needs a spruce up but for the price we paid we couldn’t complain. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb with both a choice of cooked and continental. Kids loved the swimming pool which was a small extra charge. Plenty of parking room to front of hotel and tram stop to centre was straight outside. We had a sea-view room which was a nice surprise. "Apartment was well equipped and clean . There was a little mix up for entry when we arrived but sorted quickly and they couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic . Would definately stay again "
