"T.V’s didn’t work, booking said sofa bed and double bed but it was actually a double bed and single bed, the windows didn’t open which is a fire hazard which the fire alarm went off 7:30 in the morning, upon tidying the room before leaving we found lots of stuff under the bed, underwear, ‘substances’ cutlery, lots of stuff from different people there, not to mention I had 4 children with me, plus very dirty covers and everything overall"

"Booked 2 rooms at the Pelham Lodge. We squished our cars in the car park, which was very convenient for our stay. We were allowed to check in around 11. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. Room 6 was a double. Room 3 was huge, with a great size bathroom. Breakfast was yummy. Hot and tasty. Very convenient for the promenade, the village and the tower."
