"For the price we paid I can’t complain at all, the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was all though a little dated was kept clean and the beds comfortable. Our breakfast was included in the price and had everything for all tastes. The only thing that let it down was the swimming pool looking like it needs an update as tiles looking old and off coloured. All in all a place we all said we would go and will be going back too."

"Lovely stay at The Brooklyn Hotel. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, very approachable and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the bed so comfortable and the linen fresh and pristine. The breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. I would highly recommend this hotel and this is where we will definitely stay on our next visit to Blackpool."

"We had a refurbished room which was pleasant but there was a lot of direct behind the bedside cupboard. The check in was very very slow. 2 staff on check in one of which was her first day. "

"Overall a good hotel, very good lounge area, rooms were basic but nice and clean I did only book a budget room so was as expected,bed was very comfy staff were very nice,breakfast was good nicely cooked ,would have liked more of a fruit choice as only apples and oranges and a couple of cake options would have made it better Was a good choice for what I wanted I didn't see any entertainment as I had other plans but it was on."

"Great hotel May be a budget hotel but the welcome you recieve is 5 star Its in a great central location The room was clean and fresh Couldnt have asked for a better stay With the bar downstairs as well its great for a chilled refreshment on an evening Ashley checked me in when i arrived and served me a few drinks through the evening...she was amazing (she told me to write that)"
