"Had a great stay at Queens Plaza Hotel. Denise and John keep a lovely place, nice comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Well worth it in my opinion. Nicely located a few minutes tram ride from the centre of blackpool. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"We spent the weekend there. Our first visit. Longtime Blackpool visitors and decided we needed a change from our usual haunt of the past 20 years. A large north shore older hotel but the basement pool facility is now closed. Our 10 years old granddaughter likes a pool. Quite pleased with the Doric. "The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire."

"The breakfast menu was very good overall hot and very fresh , the rooms were excellent very clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful, my partner took advantage of the swimming pool and hot tub he was very pleased with both of these facilities ,"
