"I asked for a family room and they basically pushed the lounge chair in the middle of 2 beds so there was NO room to get into beds without sliding into them from the bottom of the bed. Room was very damp smelling as windows didn’t open and air turned off after you leave room. The English breakfast was lovely and great option to bring my family who live in UK for breakfast when they wanted a treat. However staff are so focused on asking for the £12 they forgot there manners."

"My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy."

"If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay."

"The Georgian House was charming and full of character. The location was wonderful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel at home and were one of the highlights of our visit. The only challenge was our room’s location and temperature. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor, and there is no elevator, so carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was difficult. Additionally, the room did not have air conditioning, and...

"The hotel is in a great location, close to Victoria train/underground/coach station. The room and bath room are very small as it is an old building. We can clearly hear the couple talking next door and the people walking in the room above us. There is no air conditioning, it is very hot even in the end of May. Don’t know how people can stay there in summer."

"The hotel does not look like the advertised photos. The staff was basically nowhere to be found my entire stay and I had no wifi at all during my trip. There is supposedly a lift but it's inconvenient, I personally would not stay here again. It was old and quiet and almost scary. Hotel was quite run down and that would've been fine had I any interactions with the staff here. When I first arrived I could not even enter the building and had to ask a bartender to look for someone for me to enter....
