"Great hotel, bar and restaurant with friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent service throughout our stay. Room was clean, well equipped, comfortable and modern. It would have been nice to have had the heating on when we arrived but appreciate that we’d recently had a change in weather. Bar has wide selection of drinks and food is excellent. Views are fantastic on a clear day and outdoor seating is available. Would (and have) happily recommend to friends and family"

"Easy parking on level 2 at the Grosvenor shopping centre car park which gives you direct access to the hotel. Speedy check in at reception and out luggage stored and taken to our room whilst we were in the City. The room we had (superior double) was huge and had every comfort you could imagine with a King Size bed. Evening Dining was exceptional as was breakfast. Big shout out to all of the staff who were all superb, considerate , professional and provided a first class service. "

"One night stay along with our 15yr old son. All 3 of us stayed in the same room which was very spacious, set out lovely and very clean. We were impressed with the decor and fealt comfortable right from first entering. Yes it could do with a bit of an update but nothing to worry about at all. The management and staff couldn’t be more helpful during our stay right from checking in to having a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar. Need to say, the meal we had was professionally cooked and...

"It was a lovely overnight stay & the staff are fab. In the evening we decided to gave a meal in the rsstuarant. The staff were attentive, the food was excellent. Breakfast in the mirning had plenty of choice. The only things that are letting this hotel down are that it is very tired & in need of redecoration throughout & maybe updating somewhat. The spa however, the changing room are a massive let down as there is only one cubilcle to get changed, if that is not available then you have to change...
