"Ideal location and the shopping centre car park had direct access into the hotel. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room. Nice to have fresh milk in the mini bar rather than long life. A couple more herbal teas would have been good rather than just 1 green and 1 peppermint."

"Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out."

"Room was clean. Looked like it had not long been decorated. Staff were friendly both at check in, when my autistic son was extremely tired and at check out. They have an on site cafe, which I didn't use but it smelt good. Services next door included a macdonalds. Will definitely stay again to break up a long journey."

"The hotel staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Check-in was fast and welcoming. When we got to our room, it was time to go out and watch the fireworks. It was a cold night, we came back to the hotel and it was lovely and warm, the bar staff and security were so helpful, we had a takeaway and they allowed us cutlery and plates. Then in the morning, the breakfast was organised, no queue, you give your room number in and then you are seated. Good choice of food, bread, breakfast...
