"The property fit our needs perfectly. It’s a 1 bedroom like apartment/ hotel room ( no kitchen) with a very large bathroom. It was spotless and very comfortable. The air conditioning, WiFi and tv worked perfectly. He building is very secure. Laura, our host was wonderful and very accommodating. I would stay here again and again. Our vied was the Colosseum right outside our window. Very affordable also."

"It was ok for one night, but would not recommend for longer stay. Felt more like a higher end hostel than a multi star hotel. Staff wasn’t always present on site. Did not accommodate with early check in even though we emailed and messaged requesting early check in months ahead of time"

"The AC in one of the rooms was not working at all, I sent an email asking to please check at it but nobody replied basicallywe sleptwith not AC in one of the rooms. Other than that everything was very good."

"The property was in a great location and neighborhood close to great restaurants. Easy walk across the river to historic center. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The shower was small especially if you are a larger person but otherwise the staff and property were great."

"This is not a traditional hotel which is what made it a great place. The entire staff was amazing and helpful. It is located walking distance to all of the big attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"I do not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what it is. Also I am not sure why the word Luxury is in the name. Nothing luxurious about it. It looks better in photos but it is way more worn out IRL. There was no staff present while we were there and unfortunately I didn’t realize they had such limited hours when I booked but we only needed one night and that was hard to find. The mattress and pillows were the worst I experienced during my 2 weeks in Italy. At least it was quiet at night....
