"We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us.
