"Awesome place a lot of space a small walk to the town center, there’s a little tapas restaurant the second you walk outside and you have the Michelangelo plaza directly above you. Only downside was it was a tad stinky but I think that’s most of what you get for an old Firenze building"

"Location, location, location! The hotel is at a corner of the Piazza Signoria--walk out the door and look to the right, and the Palazzo Vecchio is right in front of you, 100 yards away. Our room was really a small apartment--bedroom, bath, sitting room, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). There was only one small problem with the room. The hotel is served by a rather antiquated elevator, and sometimes the door would be left open so that the elevator wouldn't respond to a call. But that...

"Excellent, elegant, small boutique hotel in the middle of all the important places to go in Florence, I say it with the knowledge of someone who has lived there twice. Tthe service is exceptional, welcoming, kind, friendly and in disposition to help. I had the luck to spend Holloween night in their bar and they went out of their way to decorate it. I plan to go back if I return to that beautiful city, I thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasurable! "

"Achei o local super bem localizado e fui a pé para todos os lugares que quis! Queria ter alugado uma bike mas não aprendi a tempo! Tudo limpo e com armário, cofre, cabides poderiam ter mais ! Chuveiro bom! Seca roupa excelente ! Poderia ter um secador de cabelos power pra nós mulheres mas tem até uma chaleira elétrica para um chá quentinho no fim do dia! Ou um café soluvel ! Eu amei !!!
