"The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here! "

"Our stay was amazing! We enjoyed it so much! The Apartment was clean, fully furnished. Comunication with the team was easy and they all were extremly helpful and kind. We even got our room a bit before check in time. Mall is just accross the street! Really amazed and looking forward to come again. "

"The location was great, near Dubai mall, the view of burj khalifa right from the balcony, the apt was luxurious and the team was very responsive. Excellent all around. "
"Beautiful place, easy access to mall and the management responded promptly once we were there and made contact. They tried their best. Pre arrival communication was slow and not supportive. There is no reception so the lobby had reception for other hotels whose staff were not friendly and rude to the Westminster staff. Not their fault. They tried their best so my only issue was the other hotel lobby sent us to incorrect places to check in on arrival wen u may not have internet sorted etc I hope...
"Recently my wife and I spent a couple of days in Dubai , UAE. We stayed at the Creston Suites Holiday Homes.
Location was very central, literally part of the Dubai Mall.
Standard of the accommodation was very good.
Amenities were more than adequate
Out contact person, Mahmoud was obliging and a real gentleman. He helped us with our luggage, explained everything thoroughly and helped us get a taxi
We enjoyed our stay immendly

"The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel.
The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence.
I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less.
I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent.

"L’appartamento è vecchio e mal tenuto..ante armadi tenute insieme per miracolo, sporco e vecchio. Il vero problema è che sono truffatori. Appena arrivati mi hanno chiesto 250 euro di deposito..nelle condizioni c’era solo scritto 100 diram come visibile da screen shot. Alla fine mi hanno dato indietro 100 euro e i ladri si sono tenuti 150 euro per pulizia, tenete conto che io come da policy avevo persino raccolto in un grande sacchetto tutta l’immondizia prodotta. Allego per chiarezza lo scambio...
