"Great location and easy to walk area. Hotel staff is very accommodating. When checkout came they were not pounding on the door at check out time. We had to gather and leave without being rushed "

"The rooftop lounge is a great place for drinks. Room was nicely appointed, bed and bedding were excellent, loved the all-marble bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One issue I encountered: the restaurant downstairs, Serafina, is supposed to be open for breakfast and provide room service to the hotel, but they never answered their phone. That's not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't rely on that amenity."
