"Amazing stay! The place was super clean and the staff were very friendly!"

"The place is really good, the area is not that bad, the only inconvenient is that is reasonable far from paris. The good thing: you can walk about 10mins to the metro station. There's laundry, market, bakery, restaurant and a bar close by. Over all I recommend city residence for a placid staying."

"Great aparthotel with welcoming staff. I will definitely stay here again as it is very close to the metro station."

"The hotel was in a good spot, close to the beach."

"The property was extremely clean and the location was amazing, as a booking of 6 and a baby, you worry about pleasing everyone, the family were all really happy, we found the on site shop really useful, especially having a baby with us."

"Overall great spot for the location."
