"The room we had was a huge two bedroom, two bath that had a full kitchen. It was great as our son as his own room.
The negative was that it was very warm even though they provided two floor fans which helped but we found out not many hotels have air conditioning. They also only do housekeeping once a week but we did say something and they came after our 4th night there,
Another negative was that the people that stayed above us must have had a couple kids that ran around like it was a park...

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk.
Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have...

"Very comfortable and modern apartment. The hotel is close to everything but is on a quiet street. It's a very short walk to the train station so it's super convenient. We loved our stay in Delft and would stay here again."

"They accommodated us the best they could given the situation. The only negative I have is the outside patio chairs were broken and having to clean fully before you check out. This means taking off all the sheets and taking the trash out. Also having to pay for towels. The scenery was beautiful. The gate being closed after midnight was crazy and not opening until 5 am was ridiculous"

"Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee!
Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"The hotel is very difficult to check in (no guide on keys and locks), a lot of stairs to go up with your suitcase and then the most disappointing point was that there are zero bathroom supplies including even hand-soap. I arrived around 6:30pm and in this small town all the grocery stores nearby were closed by then (or that’s what I could see on Google Maps) and I ended up not able to wash my hands or shower until next day."
