Such great service! Such a wonderful apartment! I wish I could live there forever, it had a wonderful bathroom and large kitchen to go with the spacious bed and dining area.

We had issues with our room when we arrived but the management was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We were moved to another room and had no further issues. We enjoyed our stay and it’s conveniently located.

The room was generally fine, with reasonable kitchen facilities, a helpful host, and a nice shower. But the bed was too soft, and a staff member smoking in the courtyard below sent cigarette smoke drifting up through my window. Also, the stairs to the first floor were steep and long, not great for a person of my age.

Great location. I had a tight schedule and couldn't collect the keys from the office. They make it easy for you by putting them in a locker next to the building. The room was clean with enough kitchen utensils and extra bedsheets and towels.

My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. The doors to the deck are standard european windows, meaning you can open or tilt them but due to there floor to ceiling hight, they were heavy and at times did not catch properly on the top corner that would allow you to open the door. Room did have a fan however. Kitchen was well equipped and staff was very quick to reply to emails and also very friendly. I will stay here again next time I am in the area,

I never met a human from arrival to departure but communication was reasonable via WhatsApp. A more detailed step by step guide for Access and use of equipment ( heater, oven, cooker, microwave, etc) is needed. It took my son's visit for me to figure out how to use the cooker safely 😀

Spartan and over priced

Very spartan, lots of rules, no channels on the TV. Not cosy. It had the feeling of a cheap hostel where it would be understandable that the guests do a lot of the work (taking out the rubbish, stripping the bed etc. But the price was the same as hotel. So it didn't feel good value for money.

Not recommended in the summer, because the room was too hot all the time. The rooms have only a heating system, no cooling system. Even opening the doors would not result in sufficient cooling. No elevators.
