"The mural in the bedroom wall was beautiful. The view of the street was perfect to relax and people watch. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Best beds in Europe. It was clean. Bakery next door. We did a tour all over Europe and this hotel was our favorite."

"The pods are so small I could not get into them and when I asked for a switch to a shared room instead, I had to pay more. Towels were not included and you have to pay extra for a towel. The shower leaked water out to the floor so with a shared room of 4 people showering... You can imagine how flooded the bathroom became. "Had a fantastic stay. Property was visually fantastic, pricing was pretty reasonable. The staff member who stays overnight was also very useful. Had come back with someone from an event who had run into some troubles, and although they could not provide a bed they went out of their way to help the person which was nice."

"This is the worse experience, they fixed the payment credit card, it didn’t work my three credit cards, because they wanted only cash I listed other customers with the same problem, finally a paid with cash, my room was like jail cell 8x5 , not a bathroom, not a single chair to sit on it , we had to put everything on the floor, the bank beds a nightmare, we share a bathroom,the bathroom 2.5x6ft , if you take a shower the toilet and the sink got wet , stairs to the second and 3th floors 6 inch...
