"Appreciated being able to check in early. Room was very plain but adequate. Only complaint was on Expedia it said a Queen bed but the bed in the room we had was definitely smaller than a Queen (Double?). Hotel said that was an "Expedia" issue."

"Breakfast the first 2 days was amazing but the last day several people were checking out Monday morning and taking several plates full of food and leaving very little for other people staying there. We had 2 diabetic kids with pretty much nothing left for them to eat at 8:30 in the morning and it was a main reason for staying at your hotel."

"Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!"

"The big problem was checkin staff, they insisted I was not in the computer despite my copy of my confirmation number, my Real ID drivers license etc. They were impatient and incompetent, particularly in dealing with the names and paper work, and were not pleasant about it. To my shock we were basically raising our voices at each other and I was MOST uncomfortable about this.I finally did convince them of my identity, but it was a very poor experience in a very mediocre and minimal facility. "We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...

"The per-night parking fee is absolutely ridiculous at over $50 a night after tax. We opted for the 430 sq ft room, which offered plenty of space plus a balcony. The balcony was facing the over-priced parking, so it was nothing to enjoy. We were in building 4. Walking to building 4 with our luggage from the lobby was like going through a maze. You can ultimately park next to your building. The indoor pool and gym are nice. The grounds are well-kept. The free cookies at check-in were delicious."
