"The room was not as we expected. You opened the door straight onto the double bed. There were just about enough room to walk round the bed. 2 kited steps up to the bathroom. No chairs in the bedroom as so small. No tea and coffee facilities in the room, you helped yourself from a cupboard in the reception area. "Good location. Room large and comfortable with lots of amenities. Property downfall was in their breakfast service which was chaotic during our visit, not the standard the property should have offered. It appeared to be a staffing issue. Many of us did not finish our meal. One server was inexperienced and inefficient. Suggest that staff be better trained and have division of labour, not multitasking. I.e. one person to admit and clear/ set tables, another to serve, etc."

"We loved our stay at "The Old Priory". There were three of us traveling and it was a delight to find that we had two separate rooms for the beds. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts very pleasant. It was a rainy day and it was nice to be able to warm up by the downstairs fire. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. The fluffiest eggs I have ever had!"

"Perfect location and comfortable beds. A good sized room where the 4 of us did not feel cramped. A 2 minute walk to The Crescent and it's park and about the same for The Assembly Rooms. It's about 20 minutes walk to the Roman Baths and Pump Room. We were cramming Bath in 1 day, and this location was perfect for us."

"This was an excellent hotel for us. We had no car. No problem. Very walkable downtown. Very nice Georgian neighborhood with excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Service was first rate. We’d come again if visiting Bath. "

"Great location, finding parking wasn’t bad although it did cost us £25 to park for one night. The room didn’t have an expresso machine as advertised and we only had one coffee each on arrival and that was it. Would have been nice to have more coffee and milk. Minor details but makes the difference. Overall though, was satisfied with the stay and location. "
