"Really nice one night break to gt away from it all. Everything was excellent only thing will request next time is a superior double room over the courtyard rather the outside of hotel as we were overlooking staff area and were woken by trolleys at 8am. That was room 225 but must say beautiful room, very comfortable bed and bathroom modern and very clean. The restaurant food is excellent and very good value and friendly helpful staff. One thing for the Bar manager through, he needs to...

"I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking."

The City Centre, with all its has to offer, if right outside the door! I would bot stay anywhere else in a trip to Cardiff."

"Simply put I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years. Last time was 2020 in January. Maybe that says something. The room had run out of shower soap and despite my best efforts it never came over a 3 night stay. The bar was closed unless you asked for something. But was not maintained so the draft beer was not drinkable and the liquor and mixer choices were scarce. Finally no refrigeration in the room. So over 3 nights it was sadly an issue. The staff were friendly and polite....

"Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We booked this hotel for my son’s graduation and it was ideal for getting into Cardiff with a short uber ride. Very clean and good sized rooms with everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with hot food served from 7am. We sat in the lovely gardens and had a drink in the bar which was so nice as it was so warm. Would definitely return."

"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness.
