"They use downfall pillows in the hotel this causes allergies to people who are allergic to feathers. Also not willing to do a later checkout past 12 even though the hotel wasn’t even close to capacity."

"The only good thing that I can say about this place was it was in a convenient area. Bathroom floor was dirty. The hot water runs out at night..The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. And it was super loose. Bed pillows were the size of accessory pillows that would come with a comforter set. Lobby smelled of body odor. Was supposed to stay a second time on the back end of a trip, but decided to cancel after this first experience. Cannot recommend."

"Room was decent fridge didnt really work in the room I had 2 staff members that were very nice and helpful and the other 2 I came across were rude short and not helpful i was lucky they even answered my questions when asked, the way they wrote out how the shuttle works is just confusing enough that if you dont pay attention you'll be in the same trouble I was in,with difficulty whenI tried to set up shuttles, when I ordered their ' room service " it took 2 hours to get it delivered with attuide...

"The staff were very helpful with any concerns. The rooms were clean and cool during the hot summer months. The location is ideal as the subway is a 5 minute walk away. Would note it does get a little noisy some nights in the neighbourhood but otherwise a pleasant stay!"
