"My room was a 4th floor walk up. If I had known I’d be in a building without an elevator I would not have booked this hotel."

"It was a great location for the tube but the rooms need maintenance. The window blind was broken and permanently down, the soap dispensers were diluted so almost just water coming out and the shower temp and shower head holder were both broken."

"Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was okay but the eggs were rubbery, bacon and sausage was dried out. Yogurt was on the warm side. Our room was nice but didn't expect to have to climb a flight of stairs that was very narrow. The staff took care of us by bringing our luggage up and back down from the room. It was located in an area where we could walk to some attractions."

"I really liked this hotel. It's what I would call a hidden gem, because I had no idea it was there. The building is clean, housekeeping is spot on, the staff are attentive, and able to offer advice on almost everything. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the lounge had the largest TV on planet Earth. Breakfast was the best I'd had in any hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the tube station, and close to all amenities.
