"Staff was excellent but the room had a foul smell. Staff was willing to change our room but the other rooms also had the same smell so we stayed in the original room for a week. Purchased febreze that work on the carpet, and we could tolerate the odor."

"Room was clean and quite spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, especially one so close to Tokyo station. Very convenient and walkable from Tokyo station. Amenities were adequate. Would stay again!"

"There was a weird smell in the room we noticed when we first arrived. Room is ok, a little dated and the rooms are very dark, overcompensated by very bright lights that you can’t dim. The beds were comfy, only one pillow provided, I guess we could ask for more at reception if we needed. Cooking facilities and washing machine really good. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 1 minute from Ginza line which was very convenient- Lawsons and 7-11 very close. "
