Beautiful new property in Desaru. Villas are mind blowing and truly move the game to the highest level in the luxury hotel segment in Malaysia. Hotel main pool is amazing, as are the lawns and landscaping. Wonderful staff, food and service in the middle of a rainforest-like setting. Cons- Still very new, expect some hiccoughs in service, lousy beach (really bad with a lot of rocks in low tide) not suitable for the very old and most of all, it’s an expensive place to stay-in. This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends.
