"Staff were wonderful despite the many many guests because of multiple sports tournaments in the area. The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was good well balanced. On site laundry was a big help for washing uniforms between games. One piece of feedback is reducing the abundance of plastic - plasticware, plastic lids, plastic cups, not as environmentally conscious as we would’ve liked. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay."

"The casino was fun and the service desk was nice. They didn't have promotions for new members. We did valet parking which was affordable. The beds are a little too firm for my liking but the AC was nice and cold. I didn't get breakfast because it wasn't made to order and a little pricey. That's expected for a casino restaurant. "The hotel is economical and located close to the mall. Downside is a lot of traveling youth sports teams are staying at the facility causing a lot of issues . Elevator issues, pool overrun by kids, kids running through the hallways banging on doors at night. Lobby area /dining area a mess from evening gatherings. This was the second time I experienced this and will not be returning to this location."
