"Check in was extremely delayed. The front desk team were doing their best. There was a massive back up with turning the rooms over which backed up the check in process. Once in the room the mattress was TERRIBLE!!! I had to take pillows and make a bed on the floor. It was my worst experience. I stayed there many years ago when the property first became a Hyatt house and it was an amazing experience. It became my preferred property when in town but after this I will not be reserving here again...

"The room was as clean as it could be considering its generally deteriorated condition. The staff was also really nice and pleasant. The breakfast was as expected. What I wasn't prepared for was how run down the property was, including trash, torn wall paper, and rusted trash bins. I do think the staff/cleaning team are really working hard. It's just the property itself--old, tired, and a bit smelly."

"Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"I was disappointed as I have stayed in Hyatt resort properties before and while I didn't expect a resort experience it was subpar when compared to similar Hilton or Marriott properties. The breakfast area was dirty and the selection wasn't appealing. You had to hunt for utensils and napkins since they seemed to be scattered about and not together. When I arrived, I did not have wash cloths or hand towels. I got wash cloths by the next day but never got had towels. I like the walk in showers and...

"You’re going to get what you pay for of course but the cleanliness is a huge issue. My room looked as if it had never been cleaned. Dust/hair literally everywhere, floors were dirty. Please do better housekeeping."

"Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years."

"These particular hotels are not made for one night visits, they are definitely for those who need to stay for a week or longer. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean but… for some reason when we were there it was a bit noisy with doors slamming after midnight and children playing upstairs. I think they advertise a breakfast which is a danish and coffee. Overall, it is a sufficient place to stay, but next time I think we will stick to hotels that are geared to one night stays ."

"For $211 I would think I would get a room that the air conditioning unit doesn't have its control panel smashed out with the knob sitting on top would also expect everything in the facility to be well maintained it's the little things that make a big difference."
