The room was fine. However, we were 4 people in the room, and only were given 3 bath towels to start our stay off. My niece ended up using all 3 the first night (she's young and didn't know there was a separate bath mat). The very next morning, we asked the front desk for more towels (2 per adult), we were told that wasn't possible, that they could give us 5, but that we would have to bring back the dirty ones in a plastic "dirty towel" bag first. What? First there was no bag left in the room for us to bring them down in, 2nd the room we stayed in sleeps 6! 2 cleaning women ended up followed us up to the room and swapped out our towels for us. But told us that the reason we didn't have enough towels was because of our do not disturb sign on the door. It was 9 AM when we went down for coffee, and asked. Were they planning on cleaning our room at 8 AM, when we had just gotten in late the night before? Come on. We would have still needed more towels regardless. And, none of us were planning on not reusing our towels, we just needed enough to get us through the nights we were there. I didn't understand why it was such a problem. I travel a lot, and have never had that happen.
