The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was mostly just there doing their jobs. I thought the breakfast was good. The coffee was great. No coffee pot in the room but the kitchen opened at 6:30 for the complementary breakfast. A nice variety. Parking was excellent.

Room and bathroom clean. Beds comfortable. Property looked fairly new and clean. Pool did not look clean. Front desk sometimes unattended. Room phone did not work even to call front desk. Front desk notified and did nothing. Breakfast big disappointment: online pics deceiving. Yogurt not available all three mornings. Coffee machine easy to use but coffee tasted bland. Missing: fresh fruit; waffle machines; yogurt; no variation in eggs over 3 days. Jelly was in large containers to be hand squeezed. Cream cheese was in dabs place in cereal bowls. Croissants left out in open container. We will avoid this hotel in the future.

Traveled as an adult with two kids. Pros: Quick check-in Clean and appealing lobby area Helpful staff Easy parking King sized bed very comfortable Cons: Dirty pool with no indoor lighting Pull out couch should not be considered as a viable sleeping option for child or adult Filthy couch cushions Extremely thin walls/noisy Staff member napping in lobby Dead bugs and food on floor in room, needs a deep clean Won’t be back.

My mom and I came out to visit for the paracon at Pennhurst. The staff were really friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast we had two days in a row was delicious. Lots of great options. The only thing we didn't like about our room is there's nowhere to hang towels. We had to put them over the shower curtain rod. There's lots of things close by and it's very pretty in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend.

Thankfully after abruptly leaving the terrible comfort inn, on thanksgiving day holiday had a room. Everything was lovely, Nancy was very professional and kind. Our stay was very good, I just wish the price was more affordable, but you get what you pay for !

My room was spotless! I even used a UV light(just in case). I stayed in a king suite, and it was very lovely. I especially loved the little notes the cleaning staff leave behind, such a thoughtful touch. Parking was also very easy. There were always enough spots available, even with so many events happening nearby and nearly every room booked. At one point, my friend lost their room keys, and we thought it would be a huge hassle to replace them, but the process was smooth as long as you could show proof you were staying there. In the morning, there were SO many breakfast options, from freshly cooked sausage to vegan choices. This time, I also checked out the indoor pool and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean, and relaxing. (You do need to bring your towels from your room though)
