"My refrigerator was warm when I came in. I traveled with expensive supplements that required refrigeration. I contacted the front desk who promptly sent up an engineer. The engineer tested the refrigerators power chord and connections. He hit the 2hr reset button. Told me that it would cool off quickly for 2 hours and then stay cold.
