"Bathroom Sink was leaking underneath. Surprise Wet socks after using the sink. We advised the first day. Used a towel underneath to try and mitigate."

"The location is ideal. There are plenty of places to eat at as well as shopping within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable."

"The staff was extremely accommodating when we needed to link two separate reservations. The hotel is extremely convenient to Valley Forge as well as the town center shopping, but is in a quiet spot. Check-in was fast and easy, breakfast was great. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The bedding is very comfortable."

"Check in was extremely delayed. The front desk team were doing their best. There was a massive back up with turning the rooms over which backed up the check in process. Once in the room the mattress was TERRIBLE!!! I had to take pillows and make a bed on the floor. It was my worst experience. I stayed there many years ago when the property first became a Hyatt house and it was an amazing experience. It became my preferred property when in town but after this I will not be reserving here again...

"I was disappointed as I have stayed in Hyatt resort properties before and while I didn't expect a resort experience it was subpar when compared to similar Hilton or Marriott properties. The breakfast area was dirty and the selection wasn't appealing. You had to hunt for utensils and napkins since they seemed to be scattered about and not together. When I arrived, I did not have wash cloths or hand towels. I got wash cloths by the next day but never got had towels. I like the walk in showers and...

"We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well."

"Staying at this hotel was a disappointing experience. When we first checked in, there was no one at the registration desk. I had to go find the clerk in the adjoining office. Then when he came out, it was a very slow process and he asked me if we really needed 2 beds (which is what I purchased). I asked for extra pillows, which I never got and when I went down to ask about that and the parking, there was a sign saying that he would be back in a bit. Other people were waiting in line too. "Clean, if basic, accommodations with friendly and helpful staff. Linens, towels plentiful and comfortable. Relatively quiet and close to restaurants and the mall."

"Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years."
