We secured a rate that included breakfast (this may vary), & enjoyed both breakfasts there. Made use of the water dispensing machine by the elevator. Only slight hitch at checkin is our reservation wasn’t being found…in the end (maybe 10-15mins...
"Wonderful staff and they make everything easy and accessible. We accidentally left our key in the room the day we were leaving and the staff came in early to help us out to make it tut to the airport on time!! It’s a great area too! Not too congested with tourist and absolutely gorgeous "
"The hotel is well located in Paris, close to all major attractions l, either by walking for the enthusiasts or by metro. The Bastilles metro station gives you direct access to the louvre cathedral and any major tourist location. The hotel staff were very helpful and the facilities were well maintained, clean and very comfortable."
"My friend and I found this hotel in a bit of an emergency situation, and I can't say how lucky we felt to stay here for 3 nights. The staff is so welcoming (day & night staff) and the rooms are updated. The building itself is right next to a construction zone currently (august 2025), but the noise didn't bother us at all.
