"I would give 10 stars if possible! We are a family of 6 and had an amazing stay for a week. Starting with things I read other negative reviews about and worried about: Septic- yes. Sometimes you get the faint smell of a septic system. This is absolutely no different than camping, RV'ing or boating. It is not the smell of waste, its just the normal smell of the tank. This is expected in this structure of home. Construction- the nearby construction noise was there but never bothered us and...

"The houseboat was super cute!! Two bedrooms, (small areas of course, but the full size beds were comfortable!), plus a loft area with a twin mattress. Fridge, range and microwave... we didn't use the oven but it was nice to have available. Pool area was clean, with a saltwater pool. Laundry area if you need it. Boat rentals available. We rented a pontoon boat for a day. Overall it was an amazing stay for our family!"

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.
