"We usually stay across at a different hotel assuming it was “better”. We were WRONG! The Sheraton has so much more to offer. The food was all delicious. The customer service was excellent. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. It’s better for families as well as those on business. The bar area is lively during the evening and I enjoyed sitting in the lounge area drinking a coffee from their Starbucks Café. This hotel also offers the shuttle and has good parking for your car. This will be our yearly staycation when we visit Universal City. Also, I think they offer VIP tour purchases in the lobby. I didn’t ask because we’ve done the VIP tour before, but I think they offer it as well."

"It was the second time I ha e stayed there and the beds were sooo comfortable, the fsct we had to pay to check in a couple hours early was a little disappointing but overall was nice stay."

"First, the staff are friendly & helpful. I love that there is on site bar/restaurant. But should you prefer to go out, everything is walkable. I love that our room was on the 19th floor overlooking the city & a view of the Hollywood sign! My friend who can be picky was impressed by my booking!"

"I arrived too early for check-in but the super friendly and welcoming desk clerk registered me and gave me a key to the Business Center which had a bathroom. They turned on the air-conditioning for me. The bed is my room was perfrct. Its a large Best Western with a pool, a huge parking lot and many rooms all of which the staff of many keeps very clean. I would stay here again. "

"Really nice hotel overall and very good value. Two things to note: 1. Their valet parking is basically required because there’s no easy parking near the hotel. It’s $40 a day. 2. The room can be quite noisy due to it sitting right above the highway. Our room is on the highway side so it’s really loud. Try asking for a room on the other side if you can. The breakfast is very good and overall an excellent hotel. "
