"Misleading photos. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required. The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. Staff cannot be faulted- they were amazing."

"A hard review to write. I gave 5 stars in most areas. The service and the overall property was excellent but for the price we had some issues. The KEY to the room is a huge pain! You only get one key and if you lose it there is a $1000 Swiss franc fee to replace it and a minimum 3 hour wait. Two doors to go through so it is very inconvenient. While the room we had was very large with a bedroom plus a large kitchen/living space with two patios there was only one TV in the living room! No bedroom...
