The property is stunning. The restaurant on the premise is top tier throughout Como, and the staff are so helpful and thoughtful. We will be coming back and there isn’t a second thought of where we will stay.

Amazing team, the restaurants were exceptional as well as the breakfast with so many options and the rooms and attention was the best we ever had. They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative. The staff js friendly and make your stay memorable. The rooms are big and comfortable and brand new. We stayed for our honeymoon and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Villa Lario for making our honeymoon the best moment ever. They even plan a romantic night for us.

The best hotel experience ever!

It was a magical stay from beginning to end. A luxurious paradise away from everything that was the most relaxing 3 days. The service and attentiveness was unparalleled and the food was unbelievable in the restaurant. It was so very very hard to leave! The lake is extraordinarily beautiful and their location is perfect!

Amazing property. The staff was excellent. All friendly and helpful no matter what we needed. Lots of on site options for food and beverage, but a short walk to town , 20 minutes, and you can find what you need.

A must place to add to your itinerary

Everything was fabulous and the staff like Alice were wonderful, too. Food in both restaurants were excellent, especially the main evening dinning room. All with great views of Lake COMO. Very relaxing place with beautiful manicured grounds. We will definitely return soon.

The property and staff were fantastic! The limited rooms and the spacious property. Made you feel like you had the villa to yourself. The staff were attentive and all wonderful. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at.

Amazing sanctuary by Lake Como

Amazing place. The staff was a bit inexperienced which gave poor service on some occacions (eg we waited 20min on 2 drinks). Free parking and charging of electric car was a really nice touch!

Villa Lario is genuinely spectacular. From the moment of arrival you are greeted at your car and assisted with your luggage. The staff are friendly, professional and all speak excellent English. The views of Lake Como are amazing, with a long view to the north of Bellagio, all the way to the snow-tipped Italian and Swiss Alps. The restaurant isn't Michelin starred, but should be, and even the light lunch and breakfasts are fantastic. Breakfast on our private terrance looking over the lake was available at no extra charge. The staff organised a private 3 hour boat trip from the villa, as well as a private mountain bike tour also arranged from the villa. These are a little more expensive, but well worth it for the level of service. If I could fault anything at all, it's that the pool in late April was around 18*C, which is brisk. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Luxues relaxen met prachtig uitzicht

Alleen maar lof voor dit hotel. Alles is zeer luxueus afgewerkt, inclusief het onderhoud van de tuin. Personeel is uitmuntend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en discreet. Met slechts 5 kamers geniet je van een persoonlijke service op maat. Uitzicht is prachtig, hier kom je volledig tot rust.

Absolutely a must!!!! A one of a kind gem

Absolutely incredible! We upgraded to a lake view and were blown away. Villa Lario is a one of a kind gem that we were so lucky to find. Everything was completely luxurious and the service was incredible. We wish we could have stayed longer as we were only there for a night. We took a 25 minute cab ride to dinner in Varenna where my boyfriend proposed! We later returned to the villa and enjoyed calling family and friends from our suite and terrace. We are so excited Villa Lario is a part of our story and cannot wait to return for a longer stay.

Luxury on the Lake

Beautiful property on Lake Como with very friendly staff and excellent food! Rooms were new, comfortable and clean. The resort is private and quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway! Looking forward to returning!

Grandiose Villa - Mehr Comer See geht nicht

Eine grandiose Anlage nur 15 Autominuten nördlich von Lecco. Man fühlt sich wie ein Star in dieser Villa mit nur 5 exklusiven Zimmern und perfektem Service. Die Netz auffindbaren Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität, können aber die Schönheit der Anlage und den Blick über die Landschaft nicht annähernd einfangen. Das junge und stets hilfsbereite Personal ist hervorragend geschult und findet ein guten Weg zwischen Zurückhaltung und schnellem Service egal ob auf dem Zimmer beim Frühstück oder beim Erholen im großen Garten.
