"What a stunning place, we loved it! It's an old and famous house, very well maintained and so beautiful. We also had dinner at indigo one evening, which was amazing and even the wine from China was surprisingly good! Comfy bed, nice pool area, good breakfast. Definitely to recommend, the whole experience from A-Z was perfect. "

"Airconditioning turns on and off every 10 minutes. Room phone not working so you have to go to the lobby to complain. Complained with the receptionist, says the maintenance crew will attend to my room, does not come at all. Took a 3 bed room, came with only 2 sets of pillows. Complained about this, same case, housekeeping did not come either. Thankfully only stayed one night. Staff not equipped to handle high occupancy rate. Only saving grace for the hotel is it's location and convenience....

"Nice simple Hotel. Comfortable. would be better if the breakfast had more choices and also a freshly brewed coffee machine. Nothing to really complain, just that my room window was open during my first day ( only realised that it was open due to the loud noise i can hear from outside ) this is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel, highly recommended for a hassle free stay"

"I stayed here for 1 night and never again. Was given room 2611 and it was an adjoining room. I could hear the kids next door all night. Then the temperature control in the room doesn’t work! It stays at 24C all night! The pillow and duvet is cheap quality and not cotton so it feels really hot! I normally stay opposite my favourite hotel and will continue doing so. Last time in St Giles"

"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time.
