Lovely hotel, bedrooms all have great views over the grounds and the ocean and are spacious. Hotel grounds and pool area are superb and lovely to relax and unwind listening to the waves crashing on the beach. Hotel gym is excellent for a hotel gym, lots of equipment and space and the spa is also very good. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent catering for all tastes. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing the staff were extremely pleasant. The rooms were clean and Momin left us something special every day after a clean. He made sure we got anything we needed. The two bartenders In the main hall were extremely friendly and provided us with great service. We can wait to come back again in a couple of years!

Just going into off season so there was some light construction work happening around the pool area. Didn’t make any difference to our stay as it was totally relaxing and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. Would totally recommend staying there

An amazing stay with beautiful facilities and friendly caring staff. We felt very looked after. Definitely recommend the Rasa wing and the benefits of this, with no children and peace and quiet (for the most part). Afternoon tea was delightful, evening cocktails very morish!! The only downside were the overly attentive gardeners who, armed with leaf blowers would be constantly noisily working throughout the day, it was quite disturbing! Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones, but really for a five star resort this should not have been required!! Would we go back….yes we would.

There's not enough staff during the check-in process. Other than that, the resort was wonderful. Great staff, wonderful breakfast, nice Spa, happy hour from 5-7 pm in the lounge and you can walk to a nearby hawker centre for food. If you're traveling with adults only, I would recommend staying on the Rasa side (for the extra costs).

Lovely hotel, great location around an hour's drive from the airport, 30 mins by car from Georgetown, and around 10 minutes' walk to local shops and restaurants. Great grounds, facilities in the Rasa Wing are fab - adults only pool is fab, and the complementary afternoon tea and cocktail hour are well worth it! Rooms are lovely and well-equipped, management of the sunbeds means it's always possible to find some to settle in on, and staff are always happy to help you with anything you need. There are numerous places to eat at the hotel (food is great quality and a wide variety of options), but do check out the fabulous food market around 10 mins' walk away where you can get a huge variety of food at great prices.
