"The hotel was really disappointing. We were 3 girls and paid for a triple room. When checking in they said we couldn’t have a 2 bed room and only one-bed rooms were available. However, doble bed would be available if upgrading (paying $400 extra).
That was the general experience, you have to pay extra for everything, the beds at the pool, the good cuts at the restaurants, the cokes at the fridge. They were trying to get more money for everything! So if you are looking for an all inclusive hotel...
