"It was not stocked with basics like towels toiletries etc. Appliances broke down didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Utensils were dirty terrible service for curtains requested but nothing happened. It was to be a serviced apartment but they asked for more money to do any service and deposit was returned late and finally we had booked the the apartment with a sea view and they never moved us to that one. "

"I booked this hotel based on its Expedia listing, which clearly highlighted a free airport shuttle—a major factor when choosing among so many options in Cancun. Unfortunately, this turned out to be misleading, as no such service was actually available. In a competitive destination like Cancun, every bit of value matters. "This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street.
