"This was our first time staying in Santa Barbara, and Best Western Plus Pepper Tree Inn stood out the most to us for its great location, reasonable price, and dog-friendly policy. It was easy to find, with plenty of on-site parking, and close to shops (Target) and restaurants within walkable distance. The hotel had a nice grassy area for the dogs and was also pretty quiet. "We enjoyed our stay. It was a very beautiful property. The pool area was nice. Clean pool and spa. Lived the Spanish style building. We loved the breakfast and happy hour everyday. We also loved the bike rentals. It was so nice to be able to get a bike and ride all over Santa Barbara. Highly recommend this place and we will be back! "

"The property was in excellent condition. I was pleased that I received daily housekeeping services, as that is not always provided in this day and age, even at more expensive hotels. Pacific Crest will be at the top of my list for future visits to Santa Barbara."

"Great staff and easy check in/check out process. A bit of construction going on so can be a little more noisy after 9a but didn’t phase me since that’s normal business hours. Wonderful stay and the front area is cozy + this hotel is close to so much! "
