"Our hostess, Claudia, was incredibly welcoming. She advised the perfect dining experience, Spritz place and affordable parking. Unit does need coffee maker !! and instructions on how to operate the tiny stove. Could see the water from the bed and small balcony. The small unit is just lovely and the town is second to none. DO read up on the church and its dedication to a female !"

Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us. "the apartment is perfectly located. just a few minutes walk to the center of old rovinj, but not packed with tourists. besides being close to old town, it is an easy walk to the park across the water from old town -- stunning views of rovinj from there. the management compay was very kind to pick us up on a golf art to take us to the apartment. it really was not necessary as we found out the walk to the bus station was just a few minutes. we just would have had difficulty finding the apartment...

"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy.
