"The room wasn’t cleaned well. Bathroom was very dirty. Bathroom door didn’t close. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee.
On the positive, the hotel is just across the street from the ocean and you can pick up complimentary beach towels at reception."

"The room and view was amazing. I rented the Suite from 06/25/26 thru 06/27/2026. The first night June 25 my birthday at check in time my room was not ready until 5:30 pm. and check in time was at 4:00 pm. I spoke with front desk staff and inquired about food and drink voucher I was provided a bottle of wine. I was informed by staff that the facility was short staff. I got into my room after 5:00 pm and 30 minutes in the room the TV did not work. The manager came up and switch the TV out however...

"Great stay, second floor corner view room. Great staff and room. If you arrive early off the cruise ship you can leave your luggage at the front desk and go sit on the beach just steps away until check in time"
