"Gorgeous hotel in a wonderful location just of the beach. My only complaint was the windows and walls were a little thin, so noise from the nextdoor restaurant and other guests traveled quite easily, but that's a function of an older building and not addressable easily.
The staff was wonderful, the hotel was well appointed, and I'd definitely stay here again. "

"The location is good, the room is a bit small but ok. The major problem is the hidden fees, especially the request to pay for beach umbrella and chairs even if didn’t want to use them. Frankly, it is outrageous. "

"I almost never leave reviews, but people really need to know before booking here.
This place charges prices similar to much nicer beachfront hotels in the area, but the condition of the rooms is nowhere close. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not reflect the rooms we were given.
Check-in started the experience off poorly. The office door was locked while staff sat inside and could clearly see us waiting. We arrived right before the posted 4:00 PM check-in time and were still...

"We had a very nice at the Crystal Beach Suites Miami Oceanfront Hotel: we loved the configuration of our room, and the easy access to the beach from the pool area.
Hotel guests have also access to beach chairs service, and there are amazing restaurants around the hotel."
